 Dr. Su Han Chan
received her Ph.D. degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin in
1988. She has been a faculty member at California State University-Fullerton
since 1988 and a Full Professor since 1993. Dr. Chan has published widely in the
leading finance and real estate finance journals including the Journal of
Financial Economics, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Real Estate
Economics, and others. Her works have been cited in the leading finance journals
as well as in the leading accounting, management, and industrial organization
journals. She is also co-author of a book "Real Estate Investment Trusts:
Structure Performance and Investment Opportunities" (Oxford University Press, 2002).
Dr. Chan currently serves on the Editorial Boards of the FMA Survey and Synthesis Series, the Journal of Real Estate Research, and the International Real Estate Review, and acts as a referee for several other journals. She also served as an Associate Editor of the Journal of Financial Research from 1997-2000.
