Bio & Research
Professor Christo Pirinsky’s research interests include Theory of the
Firm, Ownership Structure, Conflicts of Interest, Geography and the Stock
market, Capital Raising and IPOs.
His research has appeared in the top journals of the field, including The
Journal of Finance, The Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, and
Statistics and Probability Letters. His work has been profiled in the New
York Times.
