In our M.A. program we have a highly diverse group of graduate students. Currently the graduate group is made up of 43 students. Listed below are only a selected few:
Mora E. L. Jackson
Mora was born in Mount Kisco, NY, USA and grew up in Germany. She likes reading and hiking with her dogs. Mora received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (emphasis: Finance and Economics) in May 2006 from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Texas.
She is enrolled in the M.A. program in economics at CSUF since fall 2005 as a full-time student. Her areas of interest are financial economics, international trade and developmental economics. She expects to graduate in December 2006.

Debbie Ellis
Debbie was born in Los Angeles, CA, USA. She likes reading, gourmet cooking, traveling and Hawaii. Debbie received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a minor in Economics in May 2000 from CSU, Long Beach.
She is enrolled in the M.A. program in economics at CSUF since fall 2000 as a part-time student. Her areas of interest are GDP and GDP related topics. She expects to graduate in December 2006.

Luzheng Zhang
Luzheng was born in China. She likes traveling and reading novels. Luzheng received her Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics in December 1990 from UCLA.
She is enrolled in the M.A. program in economics at CSUF since fall 2004 as a part-time student. Her area of interest is international economics and she expects to graduate in June 2007.

Dan Zhang
Dan was born in China. She likes tennis, swimming and movies. Dan received her Bachelor in Computer Science.
She is enrolled in the M.A. program in economics at CSUF since fall 2005 as a full-time student. Her areas of interest are econometrics, finance and microeconomics. She expects to graduate in June 2007.

Sebastian Kruegel
Sebastian was born in Gera, Germany. He likes traveling, reading and every kind of sports but especially soccer. Sebastian received his Diplom in Business Engineering in June 2005 from the University of Applied Sciences in Jena, Germany.
He is enrolled in the M.A. program in economics at CSUF since spring 2006 as a full-time student. His areas of interest are international economics and finance, cluster emergence and econometrics. He expects to graduate in December 2007.
