The Sales Leadership Center at Cal State Fullerton, Mihaylo College of
Business and Economics, has one mission…to ignite sales careers.
To accomplish this mission, The Sales Leadership Center serves:
Students:
By providing sales career programs, internships, full time sales
positions, a sales training and certificate program, scholarship
support, and participation in sales competitions, TSLC exposes students
to the rich and rewarding sales careers enjoyed by many CSUF graduates.
Hiring Companies:
TSLC facilitates the hiring of sales talent through career events,
scholarship programs, speaking opportunities, and the career placement
office and American Marketing Association.
Corporations:
TSLC offers sales training courses for working professionals.
Programs are offered for sales professionals as well as those wishing to
transition into the field. Custom programs can be developed.
As part of the Mihaylo College of Business and Economics, The Sales Leadership Center is housed in the Steven G. Mihaylo Hall. Sales courses are taught by CSUF faculty and sales professionals. A state-of-the- art sales lab is available.

Dr. Kondo leads The Sales Leadership Center and is a member of the full-time marketing faculty in the Mihaylo College of Business and Economics. Prior to joining CSUF, Chris was Vice President, Global Marketing, Chiron Corporation, a biotech company. He’s excited to apply his combined corporate and academic background to the development of TSLC. Chris holds a doctorate in educational psychology from Loyola University Chicago, a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and a B.S., Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley.

Dr. Broyles is an Associate Professor of Marketing in the Mihaylo College of Business and Economics at California State University, Fullerton. Broyles received his BA, MBA, and Ph.D. from the University of Tennessee. Prior to entering academia, he held various sales and sales management, and strategic development positions with a Fortune 500 firm. He is the co-author of articles with diverse consumer satisfaction and cross-cultural brand topics.
