Most family businesses operate under an annual budget but few leverage the true power of the process. Join Director John Leslie from McGladrey as he shares practical ideas and insights gained from years as a private company executive and then as a consultant. John will focus on three of the most important elements for family-owned companies:

John will compare what we typically see happening in the family businesses we support vs. what we recommend as best practices, and will give you some practical ideas and steps to take in order to make these improvements. Please join us for an interactive session that includes many real-life scenarios as well as tips for communicating your financial plan to external parties, such as banks and investors. .
