This course is designed to enhance professional skills of accountants and
finance professionals related to service delivery. We achieve this objective by
providing a foundation for understand the fundamentals for successful service
delivery and by establishing methodology and framework for understanding and
delivering stakeholder value and building professional relationships.
These skills are pertinent to the delivery of high quality and value-added accounting and finance related professional services to clients and the creation of meaningful and effective working relationships with not only clients, but with colleagues and peers. Given an environment of increasing competition and decreasing differentiation in professional services, these fundamental concepts and skills are not only helpful, but critical to the success of organizations and their people.
In this course, we first establish the fundamentals of service delivery and the client service experience. we then introduce a framework to assist participants in defining value from their client's perspective. We outline a methodology for delivering stakeholder value and establish the connection between service delivery and effective relationship building. We also provide insight as to how these concepts are applied within teams and with colleagues.
This course is taught by a team of expert instructors from OneWest Bank and PwC LLP.
