Thomas Mueller is currently the Director of Hotel Operations at Morongo Casino Resort & Spa. His distinguished career spans over 20 years. Prior to joining Morongo, Mueller served as Director of Hotel Operations at Harrah’s Atlantic City Casino & Hotel where he oversaw customer service, front desk operations, housekeeping, retail operations and health club management. Mueller’s career began at The Ritz-Carlton Chicago, owned by the Four Seasons Hotels, as a night auditor immediately following graduation from West Chicago Community High School. For 11 years he trained in customer service at the Four Seasons Hotels in Chicago, the West Indies and Dallas, moving through the ranks to front desk manager. In 1991, he joined the Harrah’s Entertainment family of properties as front office manager at Harrah’s Joliet Casino & Hotel. He was promoted to director of hotel operations at Harrah’s East Chicago Casino & Hotel where he recruited all management and frontline employees. Mueller also previously served as front office manager at The Doubletree Guest Suites Hotel in Chicago where he was named ‘Manager of the Year’, and as guest services manager at The Wyndham Hotel NW Chicago in Itasca, Illinois.
