Dean's Message
Dean Anil Puri on Fox News: What is the Middle Class?
Welcome
to the spring 2013 semester at the Mihaylo College of Business and Economics!
This academic year’s exciting news includes the grand opening of Mihaylo College's
Career
Services. Mihaylo undergraduates will now have access to an office
dedicated to helping them transition from college to careers. Visit this new
office in Mihaylo Hall 1409. We also began a new
online Bachelor of Arts in business administration degree and have
bolstered the resources of our Tutoring
Center and
business advising center through private support
from our dedicated alumni and business partners.
Enhancing business within the community is a hands-on-relationship for us with the companies and organizations - both large and small - within Orange County's vibrant economy and beyond. Our Centers of Excellence work with an impressive range of companies, from micro-enterprise entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 CEOs. Many of our successful programs bring students, faculty, and business professionals together. These are well-organized, serious consultant experiences that serve as a bridge between the college and these varied companies, while providing experience for students and faculty in the business world.
Within this site are many stories proving that a solid business education can take you just about anywhere you want to go - both physically and intellectually. Mihaylo College, with our hands-on, innovative and globally focused curriculum and programs, is truly the very best learning laboratory for future business leaders.
Please take a look at our website. If you are a prospective student you'll find information about how and when to apply, admission requirements and the programs we offer. Alumni will find our alumni magazine, information about business events and ways to become involved. Current Students, the Business Community and Visitors will also find links to relevant information.
We welcome your comments and input on what we do!
Anil
