The Mihaylo College of Business and Economics MBA program is designed to support the career goals of our students. With options to complete your program either full or part-time, the basic curriculum consists of 33-45 semester units (11-15 courses).
*Students must complete a writing course if they score below 50 percentile on the Verbal or Analytical Writing areas of the GMAT exam within the first year of study.
Up to 12 units (four courses) of foundation coursework can be waived depending on the student’s academic background.
Students must complete prerequisites in calculus and statistics by their first year of study. Prerequisite coursework can be completed prior to enrolling. The courses below or equivalent coursework must be completed with grades of at least a "C" (2.0).
Courses are offered Monday through Thursday in the late afternoon (4:00-6:45pm) and in the evening (7:00-9:45pm). Students can enroll part-time and take one or two courses per semester, allowing them to graduate in two and a half years. Full-time students, even those without an undergraduate degree in business, can usually complete the program in less than two years when attending full-time.
