Professor Kathleen Wright is a Graduate Advisor for the Tax Program (a part of the Accounting Department) of the Mihaylo College of Business and Economics. Professor Wright has achieved a Masters Degree in Business Administration, a Juris Doctor, an LLM, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Although she travels the country presenting at tax seminars, Professor Wright always finds time for her students at Cal State Fullerton. She serves as the graduate advisor for the Master’s of Science Taxation program and gives much of her time to the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance student organization which is a program providing tax preparation services for low income taxpayers. Through her leadership VITA has reached new levels of success unparallel to years past. Professor Wright is a faculty member, an advisor, an ally to students and an outstanding role model to the students at Cal State Fullerton.
