Dr. Brian Kleiner is a professor of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior at the Mihaylo College of Business and Economics, of California State University, Fullerton. He holds a Ph.D. in Management and an MBA, both from UCLA. He also has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, General Management from Drexel University.

Dr. Kleiner has been teaching at CSUF for over 30 years, as well as teaching at other universities and working in many fields of business. He has had numerous research articles published. He also has presented his research at various conferences and companies.
