Professor Charles Smith is a full time lecturer of management at the Mihaylo College of Business and Economics, of California State University, Fullerton. He teaches classes and provides student advising in business law/ legal studies as well as being a practicing attorney at law. Professor Smith has an LL.M. from Pepperdine University School of Law as well as a J.D. from Loyola Law School.

Professor Smith has taught law related courses at other colleges throughout the Orange County area. He is involved in research of legal studies and has published research articles in journals such as the Journal of Dispute Resolution and the Midwest Law Review.
