Dr. Gus Manoochehri is a professor of management at the Mihaylo College of Business and Economics, of California State University, Fullerton. He teaches courses in operations management, and as of Fall 2011 he is the Management Department Chair. He holds a PhD in Operations Management and an MBA from Louisiana State University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree in General Business from Tehran Business School, in Iran.

Dr. Manoochehri has had much experience consulting, training and serving on committees, both academic and corporate. He has also had much research experience, being published in journals such as the American Business Review and SAM Advanced Management Journal; along with presenting at many conferences.
