MARKETING RESEARCH METHODS (MKGT379)

Catalog Description

Mktg 379 is an introductory course in marketing research. This course provides students with the requisite knowledge and skills to either conduct their own market research or to competently evaluate the research of others.

Course Objectives and Key Outcomes

This course follows the market research process including problem definition, research design, sampling, data collection, analysis, write up, and presentation. Students apply everything they have learned to real life projects. Based on the research findings, students also develop a marketing plan. Key outcomes include:
