What is Integrated Brand Promotion?

IBP involves coordinating the various promotional elements and other marketing activities that communicate with an organization’s customers. The IBP class will give you insight into this exciting field. IBP offers creative career opportunities

According to the Interpublic Group (a leading IBP organization), “(IBP) is an industry based on talent and ideas. Diversity and diversity of opinions ignite creativity and insights that drive results.”

Many college graduates begin their IBP careers in positions such as assistant media buyers, account executives, and event coordinators. You may work for an outside or inhouse agency, or be part of a corporation. IBP requires you to understand buyer behavior, and channels of communication and persuasion.

To fulfill the requirements for your marketing concentration, you may utilize up to two 400 level marketing courses or any 500 level marketing courses. The 500 level marketing courses offered vary by semester. Recent offerings include: Non-Profit Marketing, Strategic Marketing Intelligence, Product and Brand Management, and Business Marketing and Customer Relationship Management. Please check for current 500 level marketing courses.
