Appointment Calendar

Students in their first semester:

Questions during your first semester in the program are addressed through our New Admit Advisor who can be reached at newadmit@fullerton.edu or (657)278-2898. We have found that most questions can be answered by email or over the phone. However, if you are in need of additional evaluations forms or you have a more complex question you are welcome to schedule a personal consultation with the New Admit Advisor.

Current students in their second semester or beyond:

Questions during your second semester or beyond are addressed through our Graduate Senior Advisor, Farifteh Shahbazian | (657)278-4690 and our Assistant Director, Academic Support Services, Diane Mazzey | (657)278-2417. We have found that most questions can be answered by email. However, if you prefer to meet with an advisor you can schedule a personal consultation through our online appointment calendar.

The appointment calendar is online and appointments may not be scheduled more than 7 business days in advance. The advising center is open Monday - Thursday for appointments. The center does not offer walk-in advising. When scheduling an appointment keep in mind that two weeks prior, the week of, and the week after registration and the first week of school are the busiest time for the Advising Center and the entire campus. To allow the advising center to accommodate most requests it is recommended that appointments considered an emergency only be scheduled during these time periods.

Another resource that you may find helpful to answer academic questions is the Graduate Student Handbook (GSH). We are confident that the Advising Worksheet and the matrix provided to you in the Mihaylo Community includes everything you need to plan your academic schedule. We have included all the courses that are required for your program and you should be able to plan your schedule according to your program requirements, advising worksheet, and matrix.
