Michael L. McKennon

Michael McKennon is a founding partner of the Irvine, California based accounting firm of McKennon Wilson & Morgan LLP, a registered firm of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. Michael is responsible for the firm's audit and assurance practice, focusing his efforts on financial statement audits of public and private companies, as well as acquisition accounting and due-diligence projects. Michael was previously employed by the accounting firms of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP through 1998 and Arthur Andersen LLP through 1992.

Michael is a Certified Public Accountant in California and Nevada, with an active membership with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Michael was formerly a director and finance chairman for the Orange County YMCA. Michael currently serves as a committee member for the Ocean Institute in Dana Point, Executive Counsel member of California State University, Fullerton School of Business, and as a Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Orange County based Pacific Premier Bank. Michael received his B.A. in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton in 1983. Michael, when not working, enjoys spending time with his family, surfing, snow skiing, tennis and fine wines.
