Guy Knuf ’87

Mr. Knuf is the partner in-charge of Anderson & Knuf, LLP’s Audit and Business Consulting Department. He has extensive experience in auditing, start-up ventures, mergers & acquisitions, and crisis management. Mr. Knuf serves a wide variety of clients in various industries, including manufacturing, distribution, services, retail, software, and technology.

Mr. Knuf has over 20 years of experience in public accounting and business consulting. Prior to co-founding Anderson & Knuf, LLP, he was partner for 10 years at a regional accounting and consulting firm in which he founded, developed and managed a successful business management consulting practice. The practice strategically comprised of three specialized groups (Emerging Business Group, Mergers & Acquisitions / Valuation, and Troubled Business Group) designed to provide critical management services to companies at any stage in their economic life cycle. He also served eight years at a local and national accounting firm

Mr. Knuf also serves as an adjunct professor in the Center for Entrepreneurship at California State University, Fullerton.

Mr. Knuf holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton and a Masters of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Venture Management from the University of Southern California. He is a Certified Public Accountant since 1987.
