John Heller

Key Role: Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Company, development and implementation of company policy and equity capital partner relationships. 

Experience: Extensive experience in real estate income property transactions over the past fifteen years. Mr. Heller formerly served as Vice President for Commercial Real Estate Owned Department of the largest thrift in the U. S., where he was responsible for directing the asset management activities for the commercial REO portfolio. Prior to that, Mr. Heller was associated with a full service real estate brokerage, management, and syndication firm located in Southern California where he was involved in the acquisition, financing, and disposition of income real estate properties. His outstanding ability to manage diverse groups of people coupled with his successful efforts in strengthening the internal structure of the Company has resulted in its continued growth. Mr. Heller received his BA with an emphasis in Finance from California State University of Fullerton.
