Barry Gershenovitz is Ernst & Young LLP’s West Sub-Area strategic growth markets tax leader as well as the Orange County tax markets leader, helping develop and implement strategic tax services for emerging growth companies. Barry has more than 24 years of experience in tax compliance and tax planning concentrating on the manufacturing, distribution, health sciences, technology, and communications industries.

Barry has considerable experience with fast-growing, entrepreneurial companies and has served as the firm’s West Sub-area strategic growth markets tax leader helping develop and implement strategic tax services for emerging growth companies.

Barry also has extensive experience with SEC/private companies in the area of accounting for income taxes and FIN 48
