Gary is the Director of Accounting and Auditing Services and Director of Quality Control for Link, Murrel & Company. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California and Louisiana and is also a Certified Fraud Examiner. At Link, Murrel & Company, Gary is directly involved in auditing and accounting services for a wide variety of companies, including but not limited to governmental, not-for-profit, retail, finance, technology, construction, equipment leasing and sales, mortgage banking and manufacturing. Prior to Link, Murrel & Company, Gary had fourteen years of auditing experience with Bourgeois Bennett L.L.C. in New Orleans, Louisiana as Audit Manager. He also served for three years as a report and financial statement reviewer in the Governmental Positive Enforcement Program on the State Board of Certified Public Accountants of Louisiana.

Gary is a graduate of the University of New Orleans with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration Degree from Pepperdine University. In addition to Gary’s involvement as a Board Member of the California State Fullerton College of Business and Economics Executive Council, he serves as a Board Member in the Orange County Chapter of Western Pension and Benefits Conference. He is also Link, Murrel & Company’s representative for firm Membership in the Cerius Consulting Partner Network and the Volunteer Center of Orange County. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Gary is the past President of the Orange County Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Personal
Gary is married to Sandra and they have a child. They live in Irvine. Gary enjoys classic cars and has a 1957 Thunderbird.
