Peter Agarwal is a Vice President of Citizens Business Bank and manages its “Business Financial Center” in Fullerton. Before joining Citizens, Mr. Agarwal was the founder and the President of “Solaris International Inc.”, an independent firm specializing in the Acquisition, Merger, and Strategic Consultant to the small to medium size companies.

Prior to starting Solaris International, Mr. Agarwal spent over 20 years with Financial Giants like Citigroup and Bank of America as Vice President and Officer of the Corporation. His expertise includes Corporate and Commercial Finance, Middle Market Lending, SBA, Project Finance, Risk Management, Cash and Treasury Management, Investments, Trust Management, and International Banking.

Mr. Agarwal serves on the following Commissions/Board of Directors.

In May 2003, Mr. Agarwal was presented an “Assembly Award” in the California State Assembly for his contribution to the Community. In 2004, the US Congress also recognized Mr. Agarwal’s community service and leadership and presented him with two “US Congressional Certificates”.

Mr. Agarwal is an active member of the community and several Charitable Organizations. He volunteers his time and resources for organizations involved in the welfare of children and women. He helps raise funds for “CSU Fullerton”, “Children’s Hospital of Orange County”, St. Jude Foundation, Boys and Girls Club, Caring Hand for Children and many other organizations.

Mr. Agarwal has a B.S. Degree in Finance and a Masters Degree in Business Management. He is a member of the prestigious Mountain Gate Country Club, an avid golfer, sports enthusiast and experienced traveler. He currently resides in Anaheim Hills, California, with his wife Neelam, son Neil and 6 year-old Bichon Frise, “Bond”.
