Mr. Wick is the vice president and general counsel for Emulex, a New York Stock Exchange listed electronics company headquartered in Costa Mesa, California. In 2003, the Wall Street Journal rated Emulex as one of the five top-performing companies during the past 5 years. Mr. Wick is responsible for corporate governance activities, legal compliance (SEC, Sarbanes-Oxley and NYSE) work, litigation, M&A activity, and intellectual property.

Previously, Mr. Wick was the General Counsel of Samsung Electronics America, the US electronics operations of the $119 Billion Samsung group headquartered in South Korea. He joined Samsung as a result of its acquisition of AST Research, Inc. of Irvine, California. He had been the General Counsel of AST Research, a Fortune 500 personal computer company that had peak annual revenues of $2.5 billion and was listed on the NASDAQ exchange.

Mr. Wick is licensed to practice law in California, and has a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Minnesota.
