Roger has been in public accounting since 1984, providing tax compliance and consulting services to a wide variety of clients. He works with public and private companies as well as high-net-worth individuals. Rogerís specific experience includes planning and consulting services such as tax structuring and organization, entity formation and liquidation, buy/sell transactions and tax planning. Roger consults with clients to evaluate their personal and business opportunities to assist in maximizing finances, minimizing taxes and risks, and strategically plan for the future. His clients have included companies in the retail, distribution, and manufacturing industries.Roger is partner-in-charge of the Orange County office and regional managing partner of the Southern California Region. He is also a member of the firmís Executive Committee and the Chairman of the Partner Review Committee.
