Dennis Parrott is an audit partner and serves as KPMG LLP’s Orange County office managing partner. He has been with KPMG for over 34 years and served as lead audit partner for various Fortune 50 to 500 multinational clients. Dennis has served as lead audit partner on numerous IPOs, secondary offerings, spin-offs, acquisitions, divestitures and debt offerings. His firm leadership roles have included office managing partner for the Orange County and Louisville offices, go-to-market leader for the Midwest area and Arizona practice, national industry director for the Restaurant practice and US representative for the KPMG International China Oversight Committee. Dennis currently serves on the California State University Fullerton Mihaylo College of Business and Economics Dean’s Advisory Board, Chapman University Argyros School of Business and Economics Board of Counselors, Hoag Hospital Irvine Advisory Board, Forum for Corporate Directors Board and Discovery Science Center Capital Campaign Cabinet. He has been a member of the World Presidents’ Organization (WPO) and a graduate of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). He currently serves as the United Way Tocqueville Society Chairman and was a recipient of the American Diabetes Association’s 2013 Father of the Year Award. Dennis is a licensed CPA in Arizona, California, Illinois and Kentucky and a member of the AICPA and the state CPA societies in those states. Dennis is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara and recipient of UCSB’s Distinguished Accounting Alumnus Award.
