Professional Selling (MKTG 401) (Spring Semester 2018)
A highly interactive and experiential course designed to expose students to professional selling with an emphasis on the selling process. Students will use DISC to learn how to communicate using various buying styles. The capstone project will allow students to participate in live role-plays designed to give them real-world experience.

Managing the Sales Force (MKTG 415) (Spring Semester 2018)
Students will explore best practices of sales force design, motivation, and leading through the use of Situational Leadership, Optimal Motivation, and DISC for Management. Students will understand the use of CRMs through guest speakers and other on line exploration.

Retail Marketing Strategy (MKGT 425 ) (Spring Semester 2018)
Introduces students to the history and evolution of retailing into a global, high technology industry. Students will learn how to establish and maintain relationships with target customers, while developing their integrated marketing and financial strategies. Key topics include: Evolving market conditions, buying behavior, retail venues, communication and merchandise management.
