Director: Dr. Bond
Sandy Bond, Ph.D., director of RELUI, has over twenty five years of international real estate experience, encompassing real estate appraisal, consultation, academic teaching and research. Her research agenda aims to solve globally significant real estate issues, including climate change.
Dr. Bond returned to the USA in 2014 from New Zealand where she was the Professor of Property Studies. She has served as the President of both the International and Pacific Rim Real Estate Society's and was awarded the International Real Estate Service. Award in 2016 and the Property Institute of NZ Academic Award in 2010 for her significant contributions
Dr. Jing Yang
Dr. Yang who is now chairman began teaching at California State University- Fullerton in 2004. She earned her PhD in Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2003. Dr. Yang has had man articles published about Finance and Real Estate. She has traveled extensively lecturing in the professional and academic settings. One of her research awards is 2010 Faculty Scholar Award for Excellence in Scholarly Research, Mihaylo College of Business and Economics, California State University at Fullerton. Dr. Lingxiao Li
Dr. Li obtained her Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her current research interests include Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Brokerage, Housing Market Dynamics and REITs. She publishes in the Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics and Real Estate Economics. She has received research grants from the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, Real Estate Research Institute (RERI) and University of Wisconsin-Madison.
