Dr. Marcia Lichty joins the College of Business and Economics as a full time lecturer in Business Communication. Dr. Lichty is an experienced educator with a background in teaching and administration. Prior to joining CSUF, she served as the assistant dean for Oakland University's School of Business Administration in Rochester, MI. Her teaching background includes research writing, managerial decision-making and oral communication. She is a graduate of Wayne State University where she earned her master's degree in educational psychology and doctorate in instructional technology. While a student at Wayne State University, she also held full time administrative positions at the School of Medicine. Research interests include adoption of new technologies, communication and learning theory.
